Do you give any extra time for packing and unpacking prior to paying for storage option?
Upon deciding on your storage duration, EzPak will drop off the bins one week prior to scheduled start day and give you one week after scheduled end date for free.
What if I need my items back prior to scheduled end date?
EzPak will drop off any storage bins, could be one or all the bins for free within your storage term. All we require is a 48 hour notice.
How do I track what items are in the bins?
When packing the bins for storage, EzPak will give you an inventory form to fill out and bins will be tracked accordingly.
Can I drop stuff off at Storage facility?
We do not offer any customer access to the bins, as it would negate our security protocols to keep our storage secure.
Is the Storage facility secure?
EzPak adheres to the strictest security measures such as an alarmed facility with cameras, no customer access, and 24/7 security. All bins are zip tied to ensure only you have access to contents inside.

How are payments made?
Payments for short-term rentals are due and payable at time of pickup of storage bins. For rental durations lasting 3 or more months, a monthly payment link with invoice will be sent via email to account holder and paid via our secure merchant payment processor Stripe.
